Since 2021, the firm has also been a Qualiopi certified training organization, offering training courses for BtoC and BtoB clients, such as Disneyland Paris, Les 2 Rives, Axa , and many others.


As part of the launch of our new training offer, we are recruiting an independent sales agent to support our development.


Your missions:


Commercial prospecting.


  • Build and develop a client portfolio in your region (Île-de-France, Normandy or Overseas).

  • Contact prospects by phone and email.

  • Develop a prospecting plan to obtain as many appointments as possible.

  • Promote the image of Blossom Talents to increase its notoriety.


Business development.


  • Organize sales tours to meet prospects.

  • Obtain appointments to present the training offer.

  • Evaluate each client's potential and identify opportunities.


Customer follow-up.


  • Ensure commercial monitoring in your geographic area.

  • Advise and support customers throughout the sales cycle.


Administrative follow-up.


  • Enter the information into our CRM.

  • Produce monthly activity reports.

  • You have experience or good knowledge of the adult training sector.
