Jennyfer Montantin, Founder of Blossom Talents.

Jennyfer Montantin is passionate about training, career development and the growth of human resources. She founded the consulting firm Blossom Talents to support companies and individuals in their transformation projects, placing human talent at the heart of change dynamics and fostering approaches that combine innovation, adaptability and long-term impact.

Her approach combines empathy and pragmatism, with a focus on soft skills, supported by practical tools and on-the-ground experimentation that truly transforms practices.

A specialist in transition contexts, change management and organisational transformation, she works to help everyone progress with clarity and confidence in a constantly evolving professional world.

Her background.

A graduate of a business school with a specialisation in Human Resources and International Business, Jennyfer Montantin quickly chose to move away from conventional career paths. She felt the need to align with her core values and give genuine meaning to her work.

She soon began questioning the elitist discourse she had received during her studies, convinced that the reality on the ground would be far more complex, yet also more rewarding. To face that reality and step out of her comfort zone, she decided to start her career abroad.

It was a bold choice, especially as she had taken out a loan to finance her studies. Yet this decision proved to be a real springboard, both on a human and a professional level.

A career beginning shaped by encounters with other cultures.

Jennyfer Montantin began her career in the United Kingdom in the retail sector, in a commercial marketing role. There, she acted as a bridge between the specific needs of major brands such as Zara and Decathlon and the production capabilities of factories based in Asia.

She quickly developed a strong interest in the challenges linked to cultural differences. Eager to deepen her understanding of the field, she chose to live and work in China, then in Vietnam, within demanding industrial environments.

These experiences marked a turning point in her journey. Immersed in these contexts, she managed teams, recruited and trained daily. It was through direct contact with the women and men she supported that she realised her true vocation lay in people. This pivotal moment naturally steered her away from international trade and firmly anchored her in talent development and human resources.

An HR vision at the crossroads of people and performance.

Back in France, Jennyfer alternated between roles in human resources and entrepreneurial ventures. This entrepreneurial spirit, rooted in her from the start, pushed her to challenge herself, explore innovative approaches and lead her projects with commitment.

By launching her first business, she became fully aware of the close link between people and performance. A company cannot be sustainable without engaged, skilled and fulfilled employees. This conviction, strengthened by her field experience, continues to shape her vision of the HR profession.

Her approach, more Anglo-Saxon in the way it combines individual performance with collective success, is something she has sometimes found lacking in certain French organisations. It is precisely to address this need for alignment between purpose, strategy and efficiency that she founded Blossom Talents.

“Change” as a response to the need for adaptation.

Today’s world requires companies to rethink the way they operate, embrace greater flexibility and cultivate true organisational agility. This is where Jennyfer steps in, supporting transformations across working methods, managerial practices and corporate culture.

Her approach stands out for its nuanced understanding of human dynamics, applied in the service of sustainable performance. She does not offer ready-made solutions but works within a co-creation framework. Each mission begins with a concrete challenge, shared with the teams, and leads to a fully tailored action plan.

What she loves most about her work is precisely this: gaining a deep understanding of projects, the human realities within them, and contributing to the tangible and lasting evolution of organisations.

Supporting a new culture of skills.

The health crisis has profoundly disrupted professional benchmarks and highlighted new challenges around skills. Accelerated digitalisation and the evolution of professions have rendered certain expertise obsolete, while others, previously overlooked, have become essential.

In this context, Jennyfer supports what she calls “sensitive” profiles – employees in transition, feeling adrift or searching for meaning – to bring out talents that are sometimes unsuspected. This is not always about career change, but often about rediscovery: bringing dormant, long-undervalued skills back into the light and reconnecting them with the current needs of organisations.

To address these new challenges, she has designed a bespoke coaching offer, built on specific tools that enable companies to adopt a more dynamic, flexible and human-centred approach to skills management.

Instinct as a guiding thread.

In every decision, Jennyfer Montantin has always trusted her instinct. This intuition, shaped by experience and a desire to act with purpose, has guided her professional and personal commitments.

What drives her is getting fully involved, embracing every dimension of a project and contributing concretely to its success. For her, every collaboration must be built on an authentic relationship founded on trust, listening and mutual respect.

Rejecting imposed norms, daring to say no when something does not resonate, and accepting moments of discomfort to remain true to her values – it is this deliberate stance that shapes her current approach to consulting and talent development.
