📸 A look back at the “Sport in the workplace: challenges and how to use it” meet-up held in November 2019.
This meeting was an opportunity for collective reflection on how to integrate sport into one's professional and personal life... and into the very culture of the company.
A two-part event:
A collaborative workshop to identify the obstacles to implementing a sports policy in the company.
A Pilates session , led by Nathalie Muller, to get you started.
A unique and friendly moment, which I had the pleasure of hosting... in socks and sportswear!
Sport, a lever for health, balance and corporate culture.
This workshop in a Pilates studio brought together HR, managers and employees around a simple question: how can we integrate physical activity into our lifestyles and our organizations?
Already in 2008, the World Health Organization (WHO) recalled that employers have a responsibility to ensure the health of their employees, in particular by encouraging regular physical activity .
However, according to a joint study by MEDEF, the Ministry of Sports and the Union Sport & Cycle:
87% of managers are convinced of the benefits of sport in the workplace.
…but 82% have not yet taken any initiative in this direction.
The 3 levers identified during the workshop.
1. Pro: Bring more flexibility to schedules to free up time for sports.
2. Personal: Integrate sport into a routine adapted to your family and personal reality.
3. Company: Build with the teams a simple, scalable sports policy, aligned with the company culture
