Whether you're actively searching, listening to the market, or simply keeping an eye on things, LinkedIn has become the essential tool for today's talent.

Indeed, the platform is a powerful tool because:

• It connects professionals, decision-makers, influencers and businesses

• It provides information on current events and innovations in your sector.

• It unites around business groups, themes, sectors, alumni, etc.

In France in 2019, LinkedIn represented 10 million active users per month (source: https://www.blogdumoderateur.com/50-chiffres-medias-sociaux-2019 ) This places France among the biggest consumers of the platform in the world.

The main features of this social network are:

• Kindness : The social network is made up of professionals who, whenever they take a position, expose themselves publicly. However, no one wants to ruin their branding/brand image by being insensitive or even rude. Therefore, generally, people are relatively courteous even when expressing a dissenting opinion.
